I look for what is at the root of how people behave, like why someone keeps a spreadsheet alongside our 'all-in-one' platform, or what makes a teacher trust an AI tool with sensitive information. I spend time deeply observing users, watching how they navigate (or work around) the tools we provide.I keep research moving at the speed of product development, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams. I bring curiosity, adaptability, and just enough data to allow us to make confident decisions in a timely manner, while creating strategies that scale.
